Cancellation Policy & Returns

Right of withdrawal (cancellation of participation at your option):

•  If you exercise your right of withdrawal until June 3, 2024, the Organization will refund you within 10 working days half of the value of your participation in the race you declared, to a bank account that you will indicate to us.
• After the above date, no refund is possible for any reason.
• Each participation is nominal and unique for each athlete and therefore cannot be transferred to another person.
• Your participation cannot be transferred to a future match date, for any reason.
• In the event that you request to run in a race with fewer kilometers than the one you registered for, if your request is accepted (and has been made before the above deadline), you are not entitled to a refund of the monetary difference.
• The shirt size selection is binding and cannot be changed on match day.

In case of postponement of the match by decision of the Organization for another date, you have 2 options:

• Commit your participation for the next date set for the match you selected
• Refund of your money to a bank account that you indicate to us (with a deduction of €2 for bank charges)
