ANDRUS BEER TRAIL RACE FESTIVAL CIVIL NON-PROFIT COMPANY recognizes as fundamental the right to the protection of personal data of every natural person.

In this context as ‘Data Controller’, it is aligned with the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (known as ‘GDPR’) and the applicable Legislation, respecting the rights and freedoms of the data subjects and ensuring that the personal the data:

– collected for specific, clear and legal purposes, as recorded in the record of processing activities that ANDRUS BEER TRAIL RACE FESTIVAL URBAN NON-PROFIT COMPANY maintains

– receive legal, fair and transparent processing, on the basis of consent, the exercise of a legal interest, the fulfillment of legal obligations or the execution of a contract

ANDRUS BEER TRAIL RACE FESTIVAL processes, depending on the status of each natural person, the following categories of personal data:

a) Unique identifiers (e.g. identity/passport number, AMKA, VAT number),

b) Basic data (e.g. name, gender, age),

c) Sports club name,

d) Sports performance data,

e) Contact data (e.g. Email, phone number),

f) Financial data (e.g. IBAN, registration cost) – it is noted that in the case of payment of the participation fee in a race by credit card, ANDRUS BEER TRAIL RACE FESTIVAL URBAN NON-PROFIT COMPANY does not process any information related to your card,
g) Image data (eg photo, video),

h) Special category data (e.g. health data).

Transfer of Data outside the EU

Our aim is to limit the transfer of data only to countries that are considered by the European Union as destinations that provide an adequate level of personal data protection. Nevertheless, due to the global dimension of the events and in the context of the participation of athletes, coaches and members of the administration of the ANDRUS BEER TRAIL RACE FESTIVAL in official missions, it may be required to transfer personal data to third countries, in accordance with the provisions of Article 49 (Para .1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Rights

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights in relation to the protection of your personal data:

– access to your data,

– correcting your data, in cases where the data held by ANDRUS BEER TRAIL RACE FESTIVAL URBAN NON-PROFIT COMPANY is incorrect or incomplete,
– a request to delete your data (‘right to be forgotten’), as long as there is no related legal obligation or claim on the part of ANDRUS BEER TRAIL RACE FESTIVAL, and this data is not related to official race results,

It is noted that in the event that you participate in free competition competitions for the public, your request should be submitted within specific time limits as stated in the corresponding registration application which should be read carefully,

Our response will be provided within one (1) month of receiving the request, with the exception of the case where an extension of up to two (2) additional months may be required due to the complexity and number of similar requests, in which case you will have been informed in a timely manner.

Modifications Herein
